They can expect a response in approximately 4 to 6 weeks, at which time they will be given a small number of qualified candidates that have been pre-screened and pre-interviewed by HiProFile. The hiring decision-maker selects the final Candidates to be interviewed. When a HiProFile Candidate is hired, there is no additional fee.
